Two long-time friends (26 years!) who love entertaining radio listeners daily!
Mel and Scott have been successfully hosting their morning show together since 2015 in Southwest Florida and consistently win in the Neilsen ratings time and time again.
Their show is topical, relatable, engaging and frequently very funny!
A little about Melanie
She is a SWFL native who launched her radio career at just 15 years old. With more than two decades on the SWFL airwaves-and additional shows airing in Pittsburgh and Sacramento-Melanie brings fun, community-driven energy to everything she does.
She lives in Punta Gorda with her husband of 20 years, their two daughters, and their golden Bernedoodle, Dudley. Outside of radio, Melanie enjoys cooking, Bravo TV, traveling to the Florida Keys, shopping with her girls, and anything involving sunshine and water!
Her career includes co-hosting multiple local morning shows and serving as host for numerous charitable events supporting organizations such as Susan G. Komen, Golisano Children's Hospital, Lee County 4-H, Community Cooperative, Boys & Girls Club of SWFL, Habitat for Humanity Fort Myers, and The Salvation Army of SWFL.
A little about Scott
He's hosted successful radio morning shows in Detroit, Cleveland, Las Vegas, West Palm Beach, and Greensboro, North Carolina, among other places.
He knew exactly what he wanted to do from a young age and has spent his entire career "on the air" in the radio industry.
A Florida native and family man. Scott spends his spare time traveling, scuba diving, attending concerts, and getting involved in community events.
If he's not binge-watching serial killer documentaries or watching some sci-fi space thriller, he's busy hanging out with his two children, walking his adorable dog Molly or cleaning Rolo the cat's litterbox.
